Besides providing a safe environment for our clients, New Hope Transitional Inc. also offers the following services:

Employment Coaching: Teaching women skills in interviewing, application completion, resume writing, job search skills and positive employment behavior and attitude. We also assist women who have a history of arrest and conviction with seeking and securing employment. 

Individual Recovery Coaching: One-on-one and client family counseling with substance abuse recovery issues. Individual recovery coaching is a non-professional counseling and mentoring individuals in recovery.

Relapse Prevention: One-on-one mentoring and activities that assist clients in identifying their current stage of recovery.  Relapse prevention class helps to identify and manage the relapse warning signs.

Spiritual Support: Group meetings that help clients establish or renew a relationship with a Higher Power, identify a sense of purpose and mission for their life, gain positive values and principles, and have a peace of mind

GED Classes: Group classes to refreshen their education which leads to obtaining the equivalency of a high school diploma.  The GED classes are offered through First Baptist Church, Garland.
